Malcolm was born, raised and educated in the Bath area and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1976.
He was a partner in a medium sized regional firm from 1984 to 2005. In 2005 he demerged the Eastbourne branch office to form Advanta.
Malcolm is a general practitioner, dealing in all aspects of accountancy. He has a particular interest in tax planning and specialises in international matters, covering UK individuals and businesses going abroad to foreign individuals and businesses coming to the UK. His client base is worldwide.
In his spare time, he is a keen mountain biker and gym enthusiast, and enjoys windsurfing, dinghy and catamaran sailing.
