Director
Yiotis was born in London of Greek Cypriot parents and as a result speaks Greek. His family moved to Eastbourne on purchasing a hotel which they ran successfully until Advanta won a planning appeal for redevelopment.
This was the first successful attempt in Eastbourne to change the use of a hotel to residential accommodation.
After university Yiotis joined the Eastbourne branch of a local regional firm that acted for his parents hotel which went on to become Advanta. Yiotis qualified as a chartered accountant in 2003 and became a founding director of Advanta in 2005.
Yiotis deals with a variety of clients and assists with their computerised bookkeeping and payroll. Yiotis’s particular interest is in tax planning to save the client as much tax as possible.
Yiotis comes from a large extended family and has followed the family tradition in having six children. He frequently escapes to the gym and manages to hack his way around a golf course.
